1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Ludo Tadka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Game and uninstall it immediately.
2. Limited License & Intellectual Property
Gaming Panda Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use Ludo Tadka on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal entertainment.
All game assets, artwork, 3D/2D models, audio, dice animations, source code, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Gaming Panda Studios. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or copy any portion of the software.
3. Virtual Currency & In-Game Items
Ludo Tadka features virtual currencies (such as "Coins" and "Gems/Diamonds"). These items:
- Are licensed to you solely for in-game entertainment and custom board/dice cosmetic unlocks.
- Have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services under any circumstance.
- All virtual currency purchases completed through Google Play In-App Billing or approved gateways are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any behavior that damages the experience for others, including:
- Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software.
- Exploiting game glitches or vulnerabilities for unauthorized coin generation.
- Colluding with other players in matchmaking rooms to manipulate leaderboard standings.
- Harassing, abusing, or sending offensive messages/emojis to other players.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and invalidate any virtual items without notice if you are found violating our Fair Play policies or engaging in fraudulent activity.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Gaming Panda Studios does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of server downtime. In no event shall Gaming Panda Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.
